From check-in to check-out customer service was great. The staff really cares about your stay. They definately enjoy doing their jobs and understand their role in making a guests stay enjoyable. Rooms are very well done, although not large. Ate at their restaurant and it was excellent if you enjoy a tasting menu. Breakfast in the beautiful courtyard was wonderful and made you think you were in France or Italy. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Punta del Este, Uruguay.
